EcoMet 250/300 磨抛机

EcoMet 250/300 磨抛机可以安装一个 8″ (203mm)； 10″ (254mm) 或12″ (305mm)直径磨盘。用户可以设定磨盘转速，并可设定磨盘转向，顺时针或逆时针旋转。

其突出的特点：在较高的磨削压力下产生振动小。独特的“D” 型防外溅挡水圈设计，增加了磨盘的更换空间，更换磨盘更加方便。可拆卸式防外溅挡水圈防止冷却水和抛光液飞溅到机器之外。磨盘水冷装置保证在样品制备过程中产生热量小，从而减小样品在较高的磨削压力下产生的损伤层。流量可调节的冷却水装置保证样品制备过程中充分冷却磨盘和样品，弹性可伸缩水管使机器清洁更加方便。独特的 360 °冲洗系统有利于在磨抛过程中的整个磨盘的冲洗。安装AutoMet 250/300 动力头后可升级为半自动样品制备系统。
